Ergotron Monitor - Computer Setup

What the hell is your cat staring at
Our other cat, who stole her favorite chair. They hate each other. This was followed by the one in the image slowly working up the nerve to kick the other one's ass and take the chair back.
Man that's epic, here's me thinking you had strung up a catnip-ridden mouse or similar
That fucking cat. Look at her, being a fucking cat. Fucking awesome.
The Ergotron monitor mounts are amazing. Love them. And, the razor peripherals are a nice touch. I have a similar build I'll be posting in a few months.
I go through more keyboards/mice than anything. Used to swear by logitech but they have seriously been slipping lately I feel.
Yeah... Maybe just buy some brackets and build your own tray?
I have the same mounts. Expensive, but worth every cent!
I love the Cosmos case, I went with it as well. Though my leds don't work on the power button area.
I seem to remember there being a recall for the fan controller/power button module at one point. Might be worth looking into.
Thats possible, though I just purchased this case about a month ago.
Holy portrait. And what is inside that beast of a case?
I'll post pics once my batteries are recharged. (Last shot on the charge it seems.)
If I could ever afford this, I would be so happy..
My part-time campus job won't cut it just yet..
Best of luck to you! Did the paycheck to paycheck thing myself for around 8 years (6 in college, 2 after.) In the end, it was who i met in college that helped more than what I learned.
Thanks, and I'll keep this in mind!
Holy raid batman. $1200 worth of hdd/ssds and a food tray for his mouse and keyboard.
I work in the data storage business, so it pays to have a box at home to learn about and test concepts on. If only I could afford even the cheapest of the arrays I work on every day... ;_;
How do your write and read speeds feel like with that SSD setup? Do you boot to windows in 2 seconds? I would love to play around on your system.
Writes cap out somewhere around 1.5GB per second. Reads are similar. The numbers looked wrong to me (should be closer to 2.2GBPS) so i did some research that indicates the bottleneck may actually be the SATA controller itself.
Loving the triple portrait monitors.
Thanks. A large portion of this setup's difficulty has come from making it so I can transition from triple landscape to triple portrait without getting out of my chair.
Is this a cat for scale trend I am seeing?
Interestingly enough, while her name is Annabelle, we call her "nanner." It wouldn't have made any sense to anyone though if I'd said "and a nanner for scale. "
