Not sure. They were part of an old surround sound set. The best i can do is tell you the receiver is a Yamaha HTR-5540.

I have speakers just like that and was wondering if they were the same model nx-220p

I just looked under one of the speakers (probably should have done that in the first place), and it turns that they are NX-220p.

I actually had that exact monitor (the one you're using to run the Ubuntu computer) it just recently died and I've been forced to use a small TV as my monitor

I have heard of how reliable they are. It was also the monitor i was using with the ubuntu computer about 6 years ago. Although back then it was running windows xp.
