These Monitors - Computer Setup

Is that red and black thing to the left of your X360 a MixAmp? If so, how does it sound with the ATH-M50s?

Hey man, love the build. Only question is what monitor mount you picked up? I have a plan to do the dame thing but haven't found a good mount.

What kind of ear pads are on the M50's?

The ear pads are from some old cheap turtlebeaches. I had to replace them because the M50's ear pads were too shallow for my ears and caused discomfort. =/

I'm thinking about doing something smiliar, however my main concern is that watching videos on the 90 degrees tilted screens will be kinda shitty...and having to turn it around and rearranging it everytime seems to be pretty exhausting. Your thoughts on that?

Yeah unless you have a larger monitor, watching videos is pretty annoying. I used them for browsing websites and writing papers almost exclusively. If I am playing a video game and I happen to want to watch netflix while I'm playing, then Ill run it on the vertical monitor because chances are, I won't be looking at it much anyways and mostly listening.

Why does the right monitor have a yellow hue?

I bought these monitors on a budget and they have a very specific viewing angle. If you have a bad angle to the monitor its very hard to see whats on it, during the day at least.

Wait, that's not what I mean. Look at the 4th and 5th picture. Your right monitor is yellowish on both of them.

I noticed you moved onto a lot simpler of a case. Any reason why? I'm shopping for a new case atm and just happen to be curious. :)

I'm planning on moving and I won't know my roommates too well. I don't want my expensive rig looking expensive if you know what I mean. Also, I feel a more minimalist case looks more mature in a room imho. If I bought a case again I would have gone with bitfenix, if you are in the market.

Doesn't all that weight hurt the precious xbox?

Are they m50s? how do you like the comfort? was looking at getting some but a lot of people say they are really tight?

Not OP, but after wearing the headphones on a fairly regular basis for about 10 months, they're pretty comfortable in terms of fit. The only problem I've had is with the ear pads, which tend to lose their softness over time.

How much of a difference is the change in orientation of the two side monitors? did you ever play games on all three? what made you change the orientation? Do you think you will ever change them back?

What monitor mount is that? Also awesome build dude!
