If you disable one of the 7970's, how's the performance? Still pretty good at that resolution?
Performance is still great with just one. the only game i can't run with just 1 with settings maxed is Crysis 3. Battlefield 3 gives me a solid 55 fps with settings maxed.
Oh okay sweet. I have a 7970 right now with a 1080p monitor, I couldn't max Crysis 3 during the beta either. Running at 1440p though, you probably don't need as much anti aliasing to make games "look good", am I right?
You are absolutely correct. I shut anti aliasing off entirely with this monitor then up all the other settings. If i still keep a solid 60 then i up my AA bit by bit until i have it where I like it.
