Your Monitors - Computer Setup

Is that BHO in your desk?
Are you using a motherboard tray? Or just letting it sit on the wood? Is dust an issue? I've been wanting to build one of these for myself for a while now.
What's that white bar in the first picture? the white bar on the right sticking up? it's throwing me off a lot, no idea what that is
Oops, forgot to mention that's just a temporary little 'stand' made of some scrap wood..lol. needed something to hold the top up to work in
What program is running in the first picture? Looks neat.
Foobar2000 :) really nice music player with lots of customization options
I didn't know Foobar did that. I'll try it out.
Really nice setup. Well done! Where did you get those led strips and where could I find em at?
Thanks. I got mine at a local store called "lights and parts"
Ok thanks man :) i appreciate it. i really like how you had them around your room and not just your desk.
What is your space background in the testing picture? & where did you get the led ribbons?
Thanks. I got mine at a local store called "lights and parts" You can find the exact same thing on amazon or ebay though. super cheap. just search "rgb led"
How is the EVGA GTX660Ti? My EVGA GTX295 just blew up and I'm looking to replace it - this card looks to be equivalent. Any thoughts on the GTX650 series?
Seems decent...I am not a hardcore gamer so I don't go deep into the fps bullshit or anything. runs all games on max settings and doesn't overheat. all that matters to me really
AMD just released new GPU's, I'd wait.
I'm not a hardcore gamer either - I think it might fit the bill.
I'm rocking the 660 twin frozr atm. I'm loving it so far. For example, I can run Skyrim with everything maxed and get a solid ~35 fps (I guess it can be higher if you don't run a thousand mods). Bioshock Infinite runs equally smooth on high settings. And my previous card also was a gtx295. It's a nice (not too expensive) upgrade!
Whats wrong with your 295? Im currently looking for one.
In what fashion? Smoke and sparks?
Looks neat, what is the monitor
Simplistic yet complex, I like.
DeadMau5 fan I see :)
You need some organizers in your desk
How do you make the desktop change(I assume to music) like from the first to second picture?
Nice and clean! Only thing that bothers me is stock cooling on the processor... doesn´t it make quite a noise when heating up?
Holy crap. i love your room lighting. not sure where to put lights as nicely as you do.. :(
VERY nice setup man!
An adaptor, in an adaptor, in an adaptor, in an adaptor. what?
Was looking forward to seeing this, been lurking the PC progress on Instagram.
I might have missed it, how are your monitors mounted?
Hey man, sick set up! Just curious about the motherboard, is it just lying or the wood or have you created a "stand off" type thing within the desk? Loving the LEDs!
I'd so break in and re-arrange everything on the right side! :D
Nice setup, although I am wondering, how do you turn the computer off/put a USB in/anything else that requires access to the pc while in use? Also, are you sure that isn't going to overheat?
How did you wire your monitors? Did you drill through the wall?
Awesome setup! I'd be interested in seeing how you have all your LED's setup as well if you can find the time! :)
How do you power the LEDs? I get that you can use Molex, but how do you get the cables to stay on the pins, and turn the lighting off when computer is on and vice versa? Also, how do you change the colour of them? Thanks.
I'm surprised that doesn't overheat with the low ventilation combined with the insulating effects of wood.
HEY LOOK EVERYBODY OP HAS A GIRLFRIEND! :p
I wasn't sure if it was you or your gf. Either way I didn't care.
