Do you use the three screens for your racing simulators? (I would think you do). But my real question is how is it having 3 mismatched monitors for in game? Does it work fine?

No I don't use them in game. They are mostly there for productivity in other projects. I use trackir for my racing and flight sims.

+1 for the Saturn wall paper, I use the same.

How is that Fanatec wheel? I was looking to get one to play my Codemasters racing games on PC and Forza/Daytona USA on Xbox. Is it worth the $250 for the wheel and pedal combo pack?

It is definitely not worth the $ just for codemasters games. It is a great wheel, but for games like that a logitech g27 or DFGT will be more than enough for half the price. The only time I would say to buy it is if you really need a wheel capable of 900 degree rotation that works on your xbox. The CSR is the only high quality wheel for the xbox, and the only one capable of more than 270 degrees of rotation. Also, if you do decide to buy one, the Elite pedals are more than worth it.
